Medical Office Assistant – Help Launch A New West Edmonton Family Clinic

Most clinics hire an MOA to survive the day. We are hiring one to build a clinic with us.

We are opening a new clinic in West Edmonton this November. You will be the dedicated MOA to one physician, trained on our systems from day one, with a real say in how the clinic runs. If you have the certificate, great. If you have the experience and the drive but not the paper, we still want to hear from you.

What you will do You will be the dedicated MOA to one physician. Not one MOA stretched across four doctors. One physician, one MOA, one team.

Your job is to keep the clinic moving while the physician focuses on the patient.

- Room patients and take vitals.
- Assist with managing referrals.
- Whatever tasks help the clinic function better.





This is not a chaotic, understaffed clinic where you drown in work nobody thanks you for. We are building the systems that make your job doable. Your feedback will shape how this clinic runs. You are employee number one. This role is for you if

Requirements

- MOA certificate preferred. Strong equivalent experience considered.
- Experience in a medical office, or in a role with real patient or customer contact.
- Willing to learn vitals, rooming and billing to our standard. We will train you.
- Legally able to work in Canada.

The details

- Full time, permanent.
- Start date: October 2026. You start before we open so we can train you on our systems properly.
- Location: 9944 175 Street NW, Edmonton (West Edmonton).
- Monthly compensation from: $18- $22/h
