Medical Office Receptionist – Help Launch A New West Edmonton Family Clinic

Most clinics hire a receptionist to survive the day. We are hiring one to build a clinic with us.

We are opening a new clinic in West Edmonton this November. You will be the receptionist for one physician, trained on our systems from day one, with a real say in how the clinic runs. If you have customer facing experience in any field you could be a fit. Medical office experience would be highly prized.

What you will do You will be our dedicated receptionist and the first face patients see when arriving at our practice.

Your job is to keep the clinic moving while the physician focuses on the patient.

- Register patients
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Assist patients with intake forms.




- Manage bookings and the physician’s schedule
- Assist with managing referrals.

Requirements

- Medical office reception experience preferred. Robust equivalent experience considered.
- You are willing to learn. We will train you.
- Legally able to work in Canada.

The details

- Full time, permanent.
- Start date: October 2026. You start before we open so we can train you on our systems properly.
- Location: 9944 175 Street NW, Edmonton (West Edmonton).
- Monthly compensation: from $18/h - $22/h
