Overview

We are a busy, growing medical spa seeking a professional and client-focused team member to join our practice. This position is experience-based, with responsibilities tailored to the successful candidate’s skills and background.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Front desk and reception duties

- Scheduling, charting, and client management using Jane App

- Supporting daily clinic operations and treatment staff

Additional Responsibilities May Include:

- Performing aesthetic and/or laser treatments (where certified)

- Client consultations and education

- Sales, retail recommendations, and client relationship building

Preferred Experience (2+ years in at least 2 categories) :

- Medical aesthetics or esthetics

- Laser technology

- Reception or administrative support

- Sales or customer service in a medical or spa setting

- Experience using Jane App or similar clinic management software

- Social media or Marketing
