Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Medical Spa Manager to lead our team, oversee daily operations, and ensure an outstanding experience for our clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the success of a growing clinic while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling, staff coordination, and patient flow to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Supervise clinical and administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team
- Inventory
- Oversee patient appointments, consultations, and treatment procedures ensuring compliance with safety protocols and medical standards
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMRs) using systems such as Dentrix or similar software
- Develop and monitor budgets, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation to support clinic growth




- Ensure all staff are trained in medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and clinic policies for smooth operations
- Collaborate with medical professionals to implement current treatments and services aligned with industry best practices

Skills

- Proven experience managing a medical spa with strong supervisory skills
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems such as Zenoti or equivalent platforms
- Knowledge of medical aesthetics
- Experience in human resources functions including hiring, training, and staff development
- Budgeting expertise to manage clinic finances effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
