Our Multidisciplinary Clinic in Winnipeg is a busy establishment that strives to offer a warm environment for both our clients and employees. We currently have 2 physiotherapists, a massage therapist, and a doctor working on our team as clinicians. We are currently seeking to add medical support/receptionists to our small, but mighty team.

The successful candidates will have customer service experience and must work well in a fast-paced environment. These positions would be well-suited to individuals looking for consistent work, and/or those who enjoy working with people and can bring positive energy to our team!

Position 1 (full-time): ~35 hours per week

Position 2 (part-time): 10-20 hours per week

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

- Strong and effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to work quickly and multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with social media and/or marketing is considered an asset

CLIENT SERVICES SKILLS:
- Always available to clients
- Maintains a pleasant and professional image

/DUTIES
- Greeting clients with a smile,



taking payment and directing them to their rooms
- Flipping rooms, folding laundry, restocking and general cleaning/tidying
- Returning patient calls and/or answering the phone to address any client questions/concerns. This includes speaking with current clients and creating their profiles/booking their appointments with the relevant clinician(s).
- Performing inventory and ordering stock as necessary
- Possible management of social media profile(s) and/or additional marketing tasks may be assigned
- Performs additional duties as assigned
