The Position

Reporting to the Manager, Member Experience the successful candidate’s primary responsibilities include: assisting in the delivery of an exceptional advisory based member experience by building relationships with members, ensuring that all transactions are completed accurately and timely, identifying opportunities to assist members in reaching their financial goals by promoting the Credit Union’s products and services, and ensuring adherence to all policies, procedures and security requirements.

Qualifications

The incumbent will have a minimum:

· Grade 12 diploma, with related courses.

· General knowledge and understanding of Credit Union products and services is required.

· Enjoy working with people and working in a team setting,

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,

· Superior organizational skills and effective time management skills,

· Willingness and ability to learn,

· Develop and maintain a personal continuous learning plan,

· Ability to provide professional quality member experience.

· Proficiency in office systems and equipment, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications,



including Word & Excel.

The Credit Union

Located in the City of Saskatoon, Saskatoon City Employees is Saskatchewan’s only closed bond Credit Union with approximately 2050 members, assets of $88.6 million, and a loan portfolio of $52.6 million. Our staff are members of UFCW Local 1400.

Compensation

This is a temporary full-time position until approximately October 2027. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A comprehensive benefits package and 6% matched superannuation.
