In this significant role, you will provide educational support as a Clinical Nurse Educator within the Mental Health & the Law department.
Holding both an MScN and BScN, your five years of experience in psychiatric nursing will be crucial. You will be responsible for developing training initiatives while embracing recovery-oriented practices to empower patients. Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver comprehensive educational sessions
- Evaluate training programs for effectiveness
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and external partners
- Utilize knowledge of psychiatric recovery methods
- Maintain adherence to nursing standards and best practices Requirements:
- Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario required
- Five years of relevant psychiatric nursing experience
- Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Nursing required
