About the Position

We are an independent franchisee responsible for servicing and merchandising Bimbo Canada products at grocery stores throughout our assigned territory (East Regina & White City).

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated Merchandiser to join our team. The successful candidate will travel between assigned stores to ensure our products are properly stocked, fresh, organized, and presented according to merchandising standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and taking pride in maintaining strong relationships with store staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel between multiple assigned retail stores throughout the territory.
- Stock and replenish Bimbo Canada products on shelves, racks, and displays.
- Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness and quality.
- Remove stale, damaged, or unsellable products as required.
- Build and maintain attractive displays and promotional placements.
- Ensure shelves and displays are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Monitor inventory and identify products that need replenishment.
- Follow established merchandising and store-service standards.
- Communicate with store managers and employees regarding product availability and displays.
- Complete assigned stores within the scheduled time.
- Report inventory, display, product, or store-related issues to the franchisee.
- Represent the franchisee and Bimbo Canada products professionally at all times.
- Follow all applicable workplace, food-safety, and company procedures.

Requirements




- Reliable personal transportation is required to travel between assigned stores.
- Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Physically able to lift and move cases of products and perform repetitive stocking activities.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the workday.
- Previous retail, merchandising, grocery, stocking, sales, or customer-service experience is an asset, but training will be provided.
