Reporting to the Director of Community Wellbeing, the Coordinator will be responsible for the successful execution of Town events and external engagements. You will encourage resident participation and support wellbeing initiatives that promote community connection and social involvement.
Key Responsibilities: • Organize and evaluate events for community engagement • Facilitate resident-led recreational programming • Enhance neighbourhood support and relationships • Develop transparent event processes for local initiatives • Coordinate with partners for public activities
Requirements: • Degree in a related field • Extensive experience in event coordination and community engagement • Capability in program development focusing on community needs • Relational skills fostering long-term partnerships • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
