Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:

- Analyze the current architecture of data loss prevention, cloud access security and endpoint protection solutions
- Design a target architecture that integrates data security posture management and data loss prevention capabilities
- Lead gap analysis between existing solutions and Microsoft Purview capabilities
- Identify coverage gaps and recommend preventive, detective, compensatory and governance controls
- Evaluate different scenarios for migrating, integrating and optimizing data protection solutions
- Optimize the use of existing technology investments by leveraging Microsoft 365 E5 capabilities
- Perform data security posture assessments, including discovery, classification, and exposure analysis of sensitive data
- Develop the target data protection architecture integrating classification, labeling and Zero Trust mechanisms
- Develop a strategic roadmap aligned with business, security and compliance objectives
- Produce executive recommendations, performance indicators and prioritized remediation plans
- Support the gradual deployment of security controls and ensure the continuous improvement of their effectiveness
- Provide comparative market analysis as well as recommendations based on industry best practices

The profile sought is as follows:

- Accumulate more than ten (10) years of experience in information security
- Demonstrate at least five (5)



years of experience in mandates focused on data loss prevention solutions
- Master the analysis, architecture, planning and migration of solutions to Microsoft Purview
- Use Microsoft Purview features for Microsoft 365, desktops, and data protection
- Have expertise in architecture, implementation, operation and improvement of data loss prevention practices
- Develop strategies for managing data security posture and discovering sensitive data
- Leverage Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform environments in a context of security and observability
- Administer log management, monitoring, and security event management tools
- Apply identity, access, and authorization management principles in complex environments
- Perform risk-based data classification, risk analysis, governance and remediation activities
- Support Microsoft 365 Copilot and generative AI readiness initiatives by reducing the risk of sensitive data exposure
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders from information technology, business, human resources, legal and compliance
- Hold a bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity or a related field

This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding of documentation and skilled communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues internationally. Language skills in French and English are essential, both oral and written.
