- Facilitate client requirements gathering meetings
- Create detailed design documentation
- Actively participate in D365 CE system development
- Interact with clients as the primary contact resource
- Engage in Agile and Microsoft SureStep methodologies Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification a plus
- Experience with Scribe and SQL Server Reporting Services
