Meehan's Industrial is currently seeking full-time experienced millwrights and machinery movers to join our growing team in Milton. We perform a wide variety of industrial projects at our customer's facilities throughout the GTA and Golden Horseshoe.

The Job:

Millwright tasks include

· Perform repairs to machinery & plant support systems including pneumatic, hydraulic & mechanical repairs.

· Perform scheduled preventative maintenance.

· Installation of new machinery & relocation of existing machinery.

· Reading blueprints

· Work independently on troubleshooting machinery, with minimal supervision.

· Perform repairs independently

· Analyze machinery and determine the need for and interact with Service and Maintenance Specialists to be contracted to perform specific tasks on machines, equipment and the plant.

· Successful millwright candidates will have the skills & experience required to work safely & independently or as part of a small team.

· Generally day shift except in rare circumstances. Travel and mileage benefit is provided depending on site distance from shop.
