Key Responsibilities:



• Manage assigned residential and outreach programs effectively • Coordinate program documentation and ensure policy compliance • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for service coordination • Maintain accurate payroll and financial records for the team • Investigate operational complaints and recommend solutions

Requirements: • Education in Social Services or equivalent experience • At least two years in social services • Familiarity with human resources and budgeting • Required First Aid Certification • Successful Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sectors Clearance
