We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Mobile Crane Operator to join our construction team. Responsibilities

- Operate mobile cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, and position construction materials and equipment according to project specifications.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections of crane equipment, including checking fluid levels, safety devices, and structural integrity.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, riggers, and other team members to plan lifting operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Use clear communication skills to relay instructions and updates during crane operations, maintaining safety protocols at all times.
- Assist with rigging tasks by attaching loads securely using appropriate rigging techniques and equipment.
- Maintain detailed records of daily crane operations, inspections,



and maintenance activities.
- Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and regulations to prevent accidents or injuries on site.

Qualifications

- Proven construction experience with a strong understanding of heavy machinery operation.
- Valid mobile crane operator certification/license as required by local regulations.
- Experience operating related equipment such as boom trucks, forklifts, or rigging gear is highly desirable.
- Mechanical knowledge of cranes and other construction machinery to troubleshoot minor issues.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for effective team collaboration.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy loads and working in various weather conditions.
- Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward safety and teamwork.
