As a Mobile Repair Technician at Wheat City Mobile Mart, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and satisfaction of our customers' mobile devices. You'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various issues, including but not limited to cracked screens, battery replacements, software malfunctions, and hardware defects. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing accurate assessments, executing repairs with precision, and delivering timely service.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mobile devices to identify issues and determine appropriate repair solutions.
- Perform repairs on smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices, including screen replacements, battery swaps, and component repairs.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to complete repairs efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy in all repair work, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Maintain organized records of repairs performed, including parts used and services rendered.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, providing repair estimates, and offering guidance on device maintenance and care.




- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and repair techniques to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements
- Previous experience in mobile device repair of at least 1-3 years.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair a variety of mobile device issues.
- Proficiency in using repair tools and equipment, including soldering irons, heat guns, and specialized screwdrivers.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and precision in repair work.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
