Product Manager: ModiFace

Product Manager , you will drive the success of products within the Guide portfolio and help shape the future of a product-centric culture at ModiFace. You will lead a cross-functional team through the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery to optimization, ensuring that strategy, design, and execution are seamlessly connected.

You will also embody product best practices that help us scale and continuously improve how we build.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Strategy, Roadmapping & Discovery
- Define the product vision and strategy in collaboration with Service Leaders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs
- Continuously analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, emerging technologies and customer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation ensuring all products have a competitive edge, and track unique value prop over time
- Develop and maintain a clear roadmap that balances innovation, partner needs, and technical feasibility
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer validation and business impact, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Continuously track the product’s unique value and advantage, adapting strategy as the market evolves
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to define and validate requirements, ensuring clear and actionable specifications for design and development
- Use data and feedback loops to inform iterative improvements and decision-making
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as the bridge between Product, Development, Design, and Retail teams to ensure smooth delivery and consistent communication
- Provide clarity, context,



and empowerment so teams understand priorities and can make informed decisions autonomously
- Remove blockers and facilitate alignment across teams and regions
- Partner closely with Service and Retail teams to plan product launches, define success metrics, and ensure seamless go-to-market alignment
- Serve as both Product Owner and Product Manager for your team, managing backlog prioritization, iteration planning, and sprint execution
- Governance, Delivery Excellence & Product Craft

C1 - Internal use
- Lead key product ceremonies (grooming, refinement, sprint demos, and quarterly PI planning)
- Drive governance and accountability across the product lifecycle to ensure consistent delivery and highquality outcomes
- Maintain alignment between product scope, sprint goals, and company OKRs
- Promote product management best practices across the organization, ensuring a consistent approach to execution and prioritization
- Product Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor product performance post-launch, analyzing usage, satisfaction, and business impact in collaboration with Service Leads
- Leverage data and analytics to iterate and refine features, improve user outcomes and maximize ROI
- Track progress against goals and continuously identify areas for optimization and growth
- Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Clearly articulate product vision, priorities, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Act as a key liaison between the product organization and business units,



translating challenges into actionable strategies
- Foster transparency and trust by ensuring that stakeholders remain informed, aligned, and engaged throughout the product lifecycle

Profile
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management or ownership, ideally in AI, SaaS, Web, Mobile, and/or consumer tech
- Solid analytical and communication skills with a track record of leading cross-functional teams
- Experience working in an agile or scaled agile environment
- Passion for innovation, user-centric design, and continuous improvement

Compensation At ModiFace, we believe compensation should be transparent, fair, and reflective of both experience and impact. The annual total compensation range for this role is $120,000 - 130,000. Compensation is determined based on skills, experience, and the scope and complexity of the role. We value open conversations about compensation and are happy to discuss our approach at any stage of the hiring process.
