Join Spiria as a Montreal-based Contracts & Compliance Manager, leading contract negotiations and compliance initiatives in a dynamic work setting. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of Spiria's contract and compliance landscape. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you'll assess risks, negotiate contracts, and oversee compliance programs, particularly SOC 2.

Your ability to communicate in both French and English will help you navigate multiple client and supplier relationships efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

- Negotiate and amend various contractual agreements
- Support sales in assessing contractual risks
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Conduct compliance audits and follow up on gaps
- Manage contract disputes and resolutions Requirements:
- Relevant degree in business or law
- 7+ years in a similar contracts management role
- Fluency in French and English
- Robust analytical and negotiation abilities
