Northern Spirit Transportation is seeking skilled Motorcoach drivers to support worker transportation in Northern BC. This role is based locally in the Terrace area, and applicants must reside in the region. This is not a fly‑in/fly‑out position.

About the Position

Drivers will be responsible for safely transporting crews to and from work. The work involves operating coach and crew buses in challenging weather, winter conditions, and on forestry service roads. We’re looking for dependable professionals who take pride in safety, communication, and customer service.

What the Role Involves

- Operating motorcoaches to move passengers between designated locations
- Ensuring safe boarding and exiting procedures
- Providing courteous, professional service to all passengers
- Performing routine cleaning, fueling, and upkeep of the vehicle
- Completing required pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
- Communicating with dispatch and other drivers via two‑way radio
- Handling passenger luggage when required
- Following all PHO guidelines and company/client policies
- Reporting mechanical issues,



delays, or incidents promptly

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of Motorcoach or commercial driving experience
- Class 2 licence with air brake endorsement (Class 1 also accepted)
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing
- Experience driving in extreme winter conditions and on forestry/industrial roads
- Comfortable using technology and adapting to new procedures
- Mechanical aptitude is considered an asset
- Strong communication skills and a skilled attitude
- Must be a resident of Terrace or nearby communities

Pay: $360.00-$400.00 per day
