Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Motor Coach driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to various destinations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, some mechanical knowledge, and the ability to maintain the vehicle in optimal condition. This would be an Ideal position for an individual looking for a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate motor coaches on scheduled routes, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical integrity of the vehicle, performing routine inspections and minor repairs as needed.
- Communicate effectively with passengers, providing information about routes, schedules, and safety procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during transit.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.




- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring a smooth and safe experience for all.

Qualifications

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with passengers and team members.
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance tasks on the motor coach on the road.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Previous experience in commercial driving or passenger transport is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be clean and neat in appearance.
