This full-time position includes working with a cooperative team of health professionals. You'll design personalized exercise programs, monitor client progress, and engage in return-to-work planning. Enjoy a supportive work environment with a fixed daytime schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop individualized programs for clients’ rehabilitation
• Conduct assessments and maintain detailed client notes
• Coordinate with employers for return-to-work planning
• Facilitate group exercise sessions to enhance recovery
• Support gym equipment and program operations
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year recent experience in Kinesiology
• 6 months in a rehabilitation setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology or related field
• Active BCAK membership
• Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills
