You will engage collaboratively with staff to facilitate daily living support and administer medications, while adhering to established individual support plans. Key Responsibilities:



• Facilitate daily living skills and personal hygiene for core members • Maintain safety and cleanliness in shared living spaces • Document daily activities and necessary medical forms • Support core members in community appointments and activities • Assist team with resolving conflicts and fostering communication

Requirements: • Background in DSW, PSW, or Social Services is preferred • Minimum of 2 years in Developmental Services is favorable • Flexible and composed in high-pressure situations • Valid G driver’s license preferred • Commitment to community and ethical standards
