- Model an inclusive approach in daily childcare practices

- Lead planning and integrative case management meetings
- Create engaging, land-centered programming for children
- Promote Indigenous education and intergenerational learning
Requirements:
- Basic ECE qualification; ECE-SN preferred
- Valid First Aid certificate
- 2 years experience required in early childhood education
- Commitment to inclusive, equitable care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
