In this pivotal role, you will oversee the Canadian office's fundraising operations, striving to secure vital funding from diverse sources such as corporates and grant-making organizations.
Collaboratively working with an energetic team, you will ensure high donor satisfaction and lead initiatives designed to expand Right To Play's reach across the nation. Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve annual revenue goals for Canadian operations
- Identify and secure funding opportunities with major donors
- Enhance donor relationships and outreach strategies
- Implement compelling fundraising campaigns and events
- Foster engagement with the Canadian Advisory Board
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred
- 10 years of experience in fundraising or NGOs
- Excellent strategic planning and communication skills
- Proven leadership abilities in team management
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
