Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Performance Testing / Performance Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad .
- Experience developing and executing load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests .
- Strong knowledge of performance testing concepts, workload modeling, and bottleneck analysis.
- Experience with Web and REST/SOAP API performance testing .
- Strong scripting, parameterization, correlation, and data-handling skills.
- Experience with SQL and database performance analysis .
- Experience with performance monitoring/APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, or Grafana .
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and CI/CD environments .
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
