- Become a master of ceremonies in the grand theater of hospitality, showering our Marriott Bonvoy Elite guests with appreciation and unlocking the secrets to enrolling new guests into our exclusive rewards program!
- Immerse yourself in the intricate art of mechanical proofing, meticulously balancing charges and payments to orchestrate flawless financial harmony.
- Track charges and payments (debits and credits) and the departmental receipts and charges on a daily basis, making sure to monitor the credit limit of guest and group accounts
- Delve into the labyrinth of account activity, tracking guest accounts, house accounts, and group routing with precision and finesse.
- Harness the power of nightly reports, ensuring seamless transitions between shifts and maintaining a delicate balance through the "blind drop" procedure.
- Embrace the role of ambassadorship, warmly welcoming and acknowledging guests according to Renaissance standards while anticipating and fulfilling their every need with genuine flair.




- Foster a culture of excellence by training and onboarding new Night Audit ambassadors, shaping the next generation of hospitality stars.
- Navigate the nocturnal landscape with clear communication and professional grace, forging bonds with guests, fellow ambassadors, and management alike.
- Safeguard the sanctuary of our property, ensuring adherence to safety and security protocols, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions, and orchestrating proper emergency evacuation procedures.
- Uphold the Renaissance image with a pristine personal appearance, preserving the sanctity of proprietary information and safeguarding company assets.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED

Education and Experience

- Embark on your journey as a Night Audit Manager armed with a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within the hospitality realm.
- Alternatively, unveil your potential with a 2-year degree from an accredited post-secondary institution in Hotel and Event Management or a related major, paired with 2 years of experience in any management role.
- Assets: Illuminate your candidacy with knowledge of FSPMS, MARSHA,



and GuestVoice, casting a radiant glow on your potential contributions.
