Key Responsibilities:



• Serve as a thought partner for operational leaders • Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for Ontario • Guide on performance management and employee disputes • Implement HR policies that comply with local legislation • Collaborate with the People & Culture team for development solutions

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar • 7+ years of HR experience in multi-site operations • Proven track record in employee relations and coaching • Familiarity with Ontario HR regulations • Preferred CHRP or CHRL designation
