The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience in major gift fundraising, including closing substantial gifts and managing donor relationships with foundations and individuals. You will cultivate meaningful connections and lead a team focused on engaging donors and community champions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop major gift strategies with targets of $1.5M–$2M annually




• Lead complex major gift solicitations including securities and grants
• Coach senior fundraising volunteers in donor engagement
• Prepare tailored proposals and presentations for major donors

Requirements:
