Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of physical and psychological needs
• Create tailored care plans incorporating patient and family input




• Provide direct patient care following established protocols
• Review and document patient responses and progress accurately
• Participate in evidence-based improvements in nursing quality
Requirements:
• Valid RN license in Michigan or compact state
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• PALS certification required within 90 days, if applicable
• Minimum of one year RN experience in an OR setting preferred
• Associate’s Degree or higher in Nursing required
