As the Shelter Overnight Team Lead, you guide shelter workers through various challenges while ensuring a secure and productive space for individuals experiencing homelessness.

Your role includes conflict resolution, performance monitoring, and crisis intervention during shifts from 23:30 to 08:00, making a significant impact on our community's well-being. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate the shelter team for optimal performance
- Facilitate conflict resolution and communication among team members
- Review and update relevant documentation for accuracy




- Manage support services for community members effectively
