Drive supplier quality across North America as a regional manager, focusing on compliance and continuous improvement. Lead a diverse team to achieve strategic supplier goals. As the Supplier Quality Manager, you will be tasked with managing the supplier quality for the entire regional supply base.

Your responsibilities will include developing both team capabilities and quality processes that meet the overarching business demands. You will also ensure that existing suppliers maintain compliance with the latest norms and that recent suppliers are onboarded seamlessly. Key Responsibilities:

- Align SQ strategy with overall corporate objectives
- Ensure SQ team's focus on reducing quality escape defects
- Oversee the technical qualification of all suppliers
- Implement and monitor quality metrics and processes
- Manage and report on third-party inspection efforts

Requirements:

- Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- At least 10 years in a quality management position
- Proficient in both English and French
- Six Sigma certification or equivalent
- Strong analytical and communication skills
