: The Clinical Nurse Educator provides coordination, facilitation, leadership, planning and resource development of the 24/7 Clinical Support Help Line. The CNE serves as a key clinical resource, providing on-call support and expert guidance to nursing staff in real-time. This role is responsible for assisting nurses with clinical decision-making, task execution, and the application of evidence-based practices to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
The CNE collaborates with staff across all shifts to address complex patient situations, clarify clinical protocols, and promote ongoing professional development. This position plays a critical role in fostering a supportive learning environment and maintaining clinical excellence throughout the organization.
Experience
- Experience using electronic assessment tools will be considered an asset.
- Experience in teaching adults, facilitation skills, and leading group activities
- 3 years experience in clinical area within the past 5 years
- Requires experience in planning, program design, implementation, and evaluation.
Education
- Graduate from an approved School of Nursing

Other Information
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
- Occasional Travel required within the area
- Home Base Cypress Regional Hospital or TBD based on successful candidates preference
