Wellington County seeks a dedicated Nurse Practitioner for its Wellington Terrace facility to lead and provide primary care to residents. This full time role focuses on collaborative care and mentoring in a supportive environment. Reporting directly to the Director of Care, you’ll utilize your experience to enhance resident well-being.

The role allows you to develop and evaluate care plans alongside an interdisciplinary team. Your leadership will guide both quality improvement initiatives and educational opportunities within the team. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver comprehensive primary care and assessments
- Monitor and manage medication reviews annually
- Collaborate on resident care and refer as necessary
- Lead education and research for health care practices
- Implement improvement strategies in clinical programs Requirements:
- Four-year Nursing degree and NP graduate program
- At least three years experience in health care
- Registration in Ontario as an Extended Class RN
- Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support
