Casual - Part-Time Coverage Needed for Busy NP-Led Medical Clinic in SW Calgary

Looking for someone with flexible hours, willing to work in primary care clinic and from home with virtual care

Role will Include

- In clinic primary care coverage for currently panelled patients - women's health, diabetes management, CVD monitoring, mental-health, pre & post-natal follow-up, prescription refills
- Virtual support checking labs, documents, basic prescription refills, and telephone follow-up with patients as needed
- Consulting with physicians and sending referrals

Qualifications
- NP licensed in Alberta with practice id
- Interest in primary care, chronic disease management, and women’s health
- Ability to learn Accuro EMR system
