The consultant will define the strategy, operating model, governance, standards, services, and adoption approach needed to support enterprise automation and responsible self-service innovation.Who:The Senior Digital Enablement Consultant will work with business leaders, technology teams, architecture, privacy, information security, and other organizational stakeholders. The consultant will assess the current environment, define the future-state Digital Enablement model, and help transition the resulting capability to a permanent internal team. Expected deliverables include a Digital Enablement Strategy and Roadmap, operating model, governance framework, service catalogue, intake and prioritization process, Microsoft 365 automation standards, reference architectures, citizen-developer guardrails, Copilot and agent-governance guidelines, Community of Practice model, maturity assessment, training and knowledge-transfer plan, and transition-to-operations plan.You:You combine enterprise transformation leadership with Microsoft platform expertise, process improvement, governance, change management, and executive facilitation.Critical experience requirements include:At least 10 years leading digital transformation or business-process modernization initiatives in complex organizationsStrong experience with process mapping, workflow optimization,
