In this position, you will be integral to the Child and Family Services team, providing case management support to families within the community. Your primary objective will be to advocate for the needs of families and children, aiming to improve their overall quality of life. This role also includes a rotational schedule for after-hours on-call support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide case management services focused on family needs
• Advocate effectively for children's rights and family stability
• Monitor family situations to prevent child apprehension
• Facilitate communication and support for families
• Participate in after-hours on-call support rotation
Requirements:
• Required: Post-secondary degree in Social Work
• Preferred: Background in social services or case management
• Excellent advocacy and interpersonal skills
• Availability for after-hours on-call commitments
