Nursery Delivery Driver – Full Time

Pay: CA$23.00 – CA$25.00/hr (based on experience)

Location: Metro Vancouver, Fraser Valley & Whistler

Schedule: Monday to Friday

We are a fast-growing nursery and landscaping supplier committed to delivering high-quality plants and materials to our customers. This role offers a clear career path for growth into supervisory or management positions within 12–24 months for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

- Safely load and deliver nursery orders to residential and commercial customers.
- Assist customers in unloading their orders in a professional and friendly manner.
- Work closely with sales, shipping, and warehouse teams to ensure order accuracy and quality.
- Perform daily pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure all deliveries comply with safety regulations.
- Maintain your delivery vehicle, report any issues, and complete required paperwork.
- Operate equipment such as 5-ton trucks, trailers, and skid steers (training provided if needed).
- Occasionally assist with warehouse tasks including pulling and preparing orders.

What We’re Looking For




- Class 5 or Class 3 with Air Brakes license (mandatory)
- 4+ years driving experience; experience with 5-ton trucks, trailers, or skid steers is an asset
- Comfortable lifting heavy items (up to 80 lbs)
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Friendly, energetic, and able to work effectively in a team
- Previous experience in landscaping or nurseries is a plus (plant ID skills are a bonus)
