We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive needs to develop personalized therapy plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving daily living skills and mobility
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and case management
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and strategies for ongoing improvement
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans,
and progress notes
- Comply with healthcare regulations and safety standards while delivering high-quality patient care
Qualifications
- Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
- Experience working in private clinic settings preferred, with knowledge of medical terminology and acute care procedures
- Strong background in case management, pediatrics, and patient care services
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care with attention to detail and professionalism
