We are a member owned non-profit mobile home cooperative and run by a volunteer Board of Directors. The office coordinator’s primary responsibility is to facilitate daily co-op operations under the direction of the Board of Directors. This is a one person office and the position is permanent part time – 4 hours a day, Monday through Friday (9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.).

Please do not apply if you are seeking a full time position. You will also be required to attend the Board Meeting biweekly for a couple of hours in the evening (usually Monday night from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.) and 2 General Membership Meetings (Sundays from 11:30 to 3:30 p.m.)

Duties & Responsibilities

- Collection & management of member information for Co-op business
- Prepare agenda & minutes for Board Meetings and General Membership Meetings
- Perform bookkeeping and accounting duties
- Perform general clerical functions and answer the telephone

Qualifications & Skills

- Be reliable and punctual
- Strong verbal & communication skills




- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software & Sage Accounting software
- Be able to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to multitask and have a solid attention to detail
- Work effectively as a team with the Board and contribute in the operation of the co-op.
- A vehicle may be required as duties include making bank deposits, purchasing office supplies and other errands.
