Serving at MHC Brooks Campus, you'll patrol the area, manage incidents, and assist staff and visitors. Your strong communication skills and calm demeanor will help de-escalate conflicts effectively and ensure safety on site. This role requires you to complete incident reports and utilize communication equipment efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a secure environment through foot patrols
• Assist and serve clients and visitors
• Respond to emergencies and alarms promptly
• Write detailed incident and activity reports
• Enforce safety policies and monitor site activity
Requirements:
• Must have High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Alberta Security License preferred
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle long walks and strenuous activities
• Comfortable working alone with minimal oversight
