Become a crucial part of AVI-SPL as a Technical Support Specialist providing field service to customers. Ensure seamless AV operations while delivering exceptional training and service.
This role requires collaboration with the Global Helpdesk to address in office client needs effectively. Your strong skills in Crestron Programming and network troubleshooting will enable you to perform installations and maintenance efficiently. You will also conduct preventative visits and provide training for clients and fellow technicians while adhering to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support customers with AV equipment installation and maintenance • Clean and maintain various audiovisual hardware • Provide service support for control programs like AMX and Crestron • Train clients and next-level technicians as needed • Travel as required to complete service tasks
Requirements: • 3-5 years of relevant audiovisual experience • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred • Understanding of signal flow for audio and video systems • Valid Driver's License with a clean abstract • Ability to work independently on projects
