Redlen Technologies seeks a knowledgeable NPI Process Development Engineer to enhance our semiconductor fabrication capabilities. This onsite position at our Saanichton facility emphasizes hands-on skills and technical proficiency.

The ideal candidate will work within our Process Development team, mastering semiconductor manufacturing processes. Utilizing your scientific approach, you will perform root cause analysis and develop solutions for effective manufacturing practices. Engage with a committed group of STEM professionals to innovate and improve our renowned CZT sensor technology.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and refine processes including spin coating and photolithography • Apply statistical analysis and Design of Experiments for enhancements • Manage prototype fabrications and process runs • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for operations • Conduct failure analysis to resolve production issues

Requirements: • At least five years of relevant industry experience • Advanced degree in engineering or scientific discipline • Knowledge of semiconductor material properties • Robust innovation-driven and team-oriented mindset • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
