Duties

- Conduct live, interactive tutoring sessions via online platforms, adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Develop and deliver customized lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and student goals
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement
- Create a supportive and motivating virtual classroom workplace that encourages active participation
- Communicate clearly with students and parents or guardians regarding performance, challenges, and achievements
- Utilize digital tools and resources effectively to enhance the learning experience
- Maintain accurate records of sessions,

Requirements

- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching across relevant subjects or age groups
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently
- Experience working with children or young learners is highly preferred
- Classroom experience or prior teaching background is a valuable asset
- Ability to manage multiple sessions simultaneously while maintaining high energy and enthusiasm
- Reliable internet connection, computer, webcam, and headset for seamless virtual instruction
