SPECIFIC
RESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent
will be responsible for the following main
responsibilities:

• Perform payroll data
  verification in the Workforce system;
• Act as a
  resource person for all payroll-related
  questions;
• Manage TSNB (WorkSafe New Brunswick)
  files as well as disability files;
• Follow up on
  labor relations files, including the interpretation and application
  of the collective agreement;
• Be an active
  member of various parity committees;
• Support
  and advise the 1st level managers of the
  plant;
• Manage the selection, hiring and
  onboarding of new unionized employees;
• Managing
  foreign worker files;
• Perform any other related
  tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education:
  DEC in accounting, human resources or equivalent, an
  asset;
• Experience: No specific experience
  required, the employee will be trained on
  
  
  
  
  site;
• Skills: Mastery of the office suite, good
  interpersonal skills, organizational, meticulous and rigorous,
  autonomous and having the ability to adapt to a fast-paced
  environment.
