This position in the School of Fine Art and Music allows you to interact with undergraduate students while facilitating their hands-on experience in fine arts. Duties include utilizing 3D printing, guiding student projects, and conducting consultations. You will collaborate with the IDL manager to advance student learning through engagement with contemporary art practices.
Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate training sessions for digital tools • Support student project execution and consultation • Conduct examinations and monitor student progress • Work on sculpting and manufacturing projects • Research and implement new technologies
Requirements: • Must have graduate-level training in Studio Art • Familiarity with 3D tools and software preferred • Commitment to on-campus attendance multiple times per week • Enrollment in the MFA.SART program is an asset • Passion for hands-on creative work
