Monday to FridayOn-site at Loyal Express Transport LavalResponsibilitiesDispatch drivers and monitor equipment statusEnsure compliance with customer pickup and delivery standardsCommunicate effectively with drivers, shippers, and consigneesProvide real-time assistance and support to driversPrioritize equipment utilization and optimize the intermodal fleetEnsure compliance with Transport Canada regulationsQuickly and effectively resolve in-transit shipment issuesRequirementsMinimum of 5 years of dispatcher experience (mandatory)Ability to manage 25+ drivers in a rapid-paced environmentStrong knowledge of QC / ON operations and Quebec rail yardsKnowledge of drayage regulationsStrong organizational and computer skillsBilingual (French / English)Autonomous, resourceful, and a strong team player
