Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor compliance through regular site inspections
• Coordinate with the Ministry of Labour when necessary
• Investigate work refusals and support incident reporting




• Provide first aid and develop safety procedures
• Maintain essential safety documentation and training records
Requirements:
• NCSO designation or equivalent health and safety qualification
• 2-5 years of relevant safety experience in construction
• Knowledge of industry best practices and legislation
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Access to a vehicle and valid driver's licence
