Join DECIEM as the Operational Excellence Director in a full-time role based in Etobicoke. Focus on simplifying processes and enhancing operational performance through a culture of continuous improvement. This directorial role aims to foster operational enhancements across all manufacturing operations while managing Continuous Improvement projects.

You will play a pivotal role in aligning the organization’s operational strategies with industry best practices, ensuring teams are equipped with the necessary tools and methodologies for success, including Six Sigma techniques. Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the main contact for Plant leadership on operational strategies
- Develop governance for the Factory Operational Master Plan




- Execute continuous improvement projects with measurable outcomes
- Collaborate with teams on CI disciplines and projects
- Monitor weekly and monthly performance metrics Requirements:
- 7+ years of hands-on CI experience in manufacturing
- Six Sigma Certification and Bachelor’s degree required
- Proven project management skills in a LEAN setting
