Applicants must have one of the following:

- A college diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Retail Management, Hospitality Management, or another related field; OR
- A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible management or operations experience in lieu of formal post-secondary education.

Minimum Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience involving responsibility for employees, scheduling, daily operations, and problem resolution.
- Experience managing employees and holding staff accountable for attendance, performance, conduct, and workplace responsibilities.
- Experience with scheduling, labour-cost management, inventory, purchasing, cash controls, or general business administration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.
- Experience working directly with business owners, senior management, or executives is considered an asset.
- Multi-location or multi-business management experience is considered a robust asset.

Required Business & Computer Skills

Applicants must demonstrate

- Strong computer literacy, including email, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, spreadsheets,



and general business software.
- Ability to understand sales reports, labour reports, inventory information, invoices, purchase orders, and basic financial information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to prepare schedules, reports, procedures, and other business documentation.
- Ability to learn and effectively use POS, scheduling, inventory, and other company systems.

Additional Requirements
- Valid driver's licence.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between company locations as required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding employees, finances, sales, business operations, and ownership matters.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound business judgment.
- Ability to professionally manage employee conflict, disciplinary matters, customer complaints, and operational problems.

Equivalent combinations of education, management experience, and demonstrated business leadership may be considered at the discretion of ownership. Pay: $52,052.28-$90,000.00 per year
