Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members to achieve their full potential.
- Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, pricing, inventory management, and POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Manage purchasing decisions, budgeting, and cash handling procedures to optimize store profitability.
- Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining high standards of communication skills, phone etiquette, and customer engagement.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost sales and brand visibility.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for sales management growth across all departments.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork and leadership.

Requirements





- Proven supervising experience in retail management or a similar leadership role with strong team management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with experience in recruiting, interviewing, and training staff.
- Knowledge of payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and cash handling procedures.
- Familiarity with merchandising strategies, pricing techniques, POS systems, and retail sales processes.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle phone etiquette professionally and foster positive customer interactions.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a focus on training & development, time management, and organizational excellence.
- Additional skills such as marketing acumen, administrative experience, math proficiency, and organizational skills will be considered advantageous.
