This vital role involves managing profitability, overseeing store teams, and ensuring compliance with brand standards. You will collaborate with HEYTEA Store Managers and various internal departments to achieve operational excellence and facilitate new store openings. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee operational and financial performance for HEYTEA locations
- Coach and develop Store Managers and teams
- Conduct operational audits and performance reviews




- Drive local business development and sales growth initiatives
- Coordinate with HEYTEA HQ on operational standards Requirements:
- 5+ years in F&B; or hospitality management
- Multi-unit management experience preferred
- Robust knowledge of store P&Ls; and operational controls
- Experience with high-volume beverage operations
